Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end logistics, from procurement to final-mile delivery.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-backed process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance audits.
- Manage the implementation of advanced WMS and TMS software platforms to increase visibility and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to ensure adherence to safety regulations and lean operational practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site distribution networks.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance, freight forwarding, and domestic transportation markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor high-performing, diverse teams.
- APICS (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desired.
