Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery partners.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify process bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between demand forecasting and procurement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements to control operational costs.
- Mentor and lead high-performing teams to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply chain networks.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Certification such as CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote or multi-site teams.
