Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate new logistics software and ERP enhancements.
- Conduct regular performance audits to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Six Sigma/Lean) across warehouse and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, procurement, or distribution operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced WMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes vendor negotiations and contract lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and domestic transportation laws.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Professional certification (APICS CSCP or CLTD) is highly desirable.
