Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize terms and quality
- Oversee warehouse operations, distribution networks, and transportation systems
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and supply chain modeling
