Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize the daily operations of the supply chain division, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans and policies to improve supply chain performance.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Analyze logistics data and market trends to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations, safety standards, and customs requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in supply chain or logistics management roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
