Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multi-region operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Analyze data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, 3PL providers, and transportation partners
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions
- Oversee warehouse automation and distribution network optimization
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP strongly preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting
- Experience managing international logistics and customs compliance
- Strong leadership background with team management of 10+ professionals
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
