Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of supply chain professionals.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
