- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business requirements and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and negotiations.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal standards.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to forecast costs and identify procurement opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Streamline purchasing processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Negotiation: Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
