Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with global suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure service level agreement compliance.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels across multiple distribution centers.
- Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and logistics performance.
- Monitor market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee departmental budgets and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Proven track record of managing complex, global supply chain networks.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and demand planning tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
