Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to reduce costs while maximizing service levels and efficiency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of logistics professionals, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand accurately, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and key vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Proactively mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and market fluctuations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
