Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize cost and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations
- Develop vendor management programs and negotiate contracts with global suppliers
- Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Oversee ERP system implementation and integration (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- CSCP or CPIM certification from APICS strongly preferred
- Expertise in inventory optimization and demand planning tools
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional global teams
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics software (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with customs regulations in APAC region
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
