Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction initiatives
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Design and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies and KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement supply chain automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs
- Expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred
