- Optimize inventory levels across 12 distribution centers using AI-driven analytics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives reducing logistics costs by 10-15%
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and 3PL partners
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation of supply chain processes using SAP and IoT technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and logistics network design
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP APO/IBP strongly preferred)
