Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs and lead times.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with 3PL providers and regional logistics partners.
- Implement advanced inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and improve turnover rates.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate procurement, warehousing, and transportation workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and utilize predictive analytics to identify potential supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in managing complex multi-modal logistics networks.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of lean methodology, Six Sigma, or APICS certification.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of vendor management success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
