Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing cost, efficiency, and sustainability across 15+ countries
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution to achieve 98%+ on-time delivery rates
- Develop predictive analytics models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization, reducing carrying costs by 20%
- Manage strategic relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key suppliers to ensure resilience and agility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including lean methodologies and automation adoption
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs protocols, and sustainability standards
- Present executive dashboards on KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, and carbon footprint
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive supply chain experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, or equivalent ERP systems with advanced analytics capabilities
- Certification in APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-country supply chains in APAC region
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management and risk mitigation
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia highly advantageous
- Deep understanding of ASEAN logistics landscapes and regulatory environments
