Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Optimize logistics processes using ERP systems and data analytics to minimize costs and improve service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for 3PL partnerships
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC logistics networks and customs regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and reporting
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving measures
