Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting models, and demand planning to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation, to optimize logistics flows.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, lead times, and cost savings.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Implement and maintain supply chain software systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Conduct risk assessments on supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the APAC region is highly preferred.
