Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, and warehouse management to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with global partners
- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Present performance metrics and improvement recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain optimization tools
- Proven track record of reducing costs and improving operational efficiency in complex supply chains
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
