Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy across APAC region
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution optimization
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting and inventory management systems
- Develop sustainable logistics initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 30%
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Oversees KPI monitoring including OTIF rates, inventory turnover, and cost metrics
- Lead digital transformation projects in TMS/WMS implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in 3PL operations and cross-border logistics in APAC
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (other regional languages a plus)
