Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and supplier relationships
- Lead process improvement projects utilizing lean methodologies and digital transformation tools
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with global logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement in KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in APAC
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
