Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Oversee inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards
- Implement ERP/MRP systems and leverage data analytics for decision-making
- Develop disaster recovery plans and mitigate supply chain risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CPIM or CSCP certification required
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Experience with international logistics regulations and customs compliance
