Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP/MRP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and vendor risk management
- Collaborate with international partners to ensure seamless cross-border logistics operations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in transportation and warehouse management
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
- Certification in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of APAC logistics markets and regulatory environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
