Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and inventory optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Implement and manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for supply chain visibility
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations and carbon footprint reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record in managing global supply chains across APAC region
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools and ERP systems
- Certification in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and change management
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
