Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve fulfillment speed and reduce overhead.
- Oversee vendor contract negotiations and maintain high-performing supplier relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.
- Manage departmental P&L, ensuring budget targets are met consistently.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and procurement specialists.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Expert knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and global sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes vendor relationships and complex budgets.
- Professional certification (APICS CSCP or CLTD) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
