Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve fulfillment speed and reduce operational overhead.
- Direct cross-functional teams in procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure seamless product flow.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor vendor performance, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Lead strategic negotiations with 3PL providers and carriers to optimize freight costs and reliability.
- Oversee demand forecasting processes, utilizing advanced analytics to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse automation and inventory accuracy.
- Mentorship and development of junior supply chain analysts to build a high-performance organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within a global retail or manufacturing environment.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and demand planning software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present strategic insights to executive leadership.
- APICS (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-modal logistics networks and distribution centers.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and change management within large-scale organizations.
