Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost and performance.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor negotiation and relationship management.
- Implement data-driven inventory management practices to reduce stockouts and carrying costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistics bottlenecks and improve order fulfillment cycles.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply networks and distribution centers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets for actionable insights.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP or CLTD are highly desirable.
