Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize global distribution networks and minimize total lead times.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and lead high-stakes negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and strict quality compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align demand forecasting with long-term inventory management goals.
- Implement and refine advanced S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to enhance organizational agility.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI-driven analytics and IoT solutions into existing logistics workflows.
- Oversee multi-site warehouse operations and transportation logistics to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and total landed cost to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering; MBA or Master's in SCM highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership within a global manufacturing or high-volume retail environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tier 1 ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA or Oracle SCM.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is strongly desired.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar cost savings through strategic sourcing and process optimization.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable executive-level business insights.
- Deep understanding of international trade regulations, customs brokerage, and global compliance standards.
