Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic logistics optimization initiatives reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead digital transformation projects integrating IoT, AI, and blockchain technologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and natural disasters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in international supply chain management
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
