Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and reverse logistics
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce inventory carrying costs while improving service levels above 98%
- Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing transportation networks and carrier negotiations
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and KPI monitoring (OTIF, inventory turnover)
- Manage $50M+ procurement budget and strategic vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, ISO standards, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead digital transformation projects in ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or manufacturing supply chain management
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs by 15%+ while improving service metrics
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience managing international distribution networks and customs compliance
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Expert knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms
