Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, from procurement and inventory control to logistics and distribution.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure service quality.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics and KPI reporting to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of supply chain analysts and coordinators.
- ERP Optimization: Manage and optimize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to ensure accurate data flow and system integration.
- Crisis Management: Lead response strategies for supply chain disruptions and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of supply chain software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex logistical challenges and optimizing workflows.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance.
