Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Implement AI-driven logistics optimization tools to reduce costs by 15%+
- Manage cross-functional teams across 3+ countries
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Lead vendor negotiations and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics networks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- APAC regional experience with customs compliance expertise
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and logistics software (Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Master's degree in Supply Chain or relevant field
- CSCP or CILT certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluent in English with Mandarin proficiency
