Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-regional supply chain strategies reducing costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams in S&OP processes and inventory optimization
- Implement AI-driven logistics platforms for real-time visibility and predictive analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PLs and carriers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing and transportation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (C-TPAT, FTA)
- Mentor junior supply chain analysts and develop talent pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record in cost reduction and network optimization
- CSCP, CSCP, or CPIM certification required
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs clearance
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
