Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation networks, and distribution channels
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and logistics to achieve KPIs
- Implement ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Oversee crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience in APAC
- Expertise in inventory optimization, freight forwarding, and customs compliance
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (SAP APO, JDA, Oracle)
- CSCP or CSCP certification from APICS (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ professionals
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC market engagement)
