Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory, transportation, and warehousing operations
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze KPIs using SAP and Oracle systems to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including carriers, customs authorities, and international partners
- Oversee compliance with EU regulations including REACH and customs documentation requirements
- Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing carbon footprint and implementing circular economy principles
- Lead digital transformation projects integrating IoT and AI technologies for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in international logistics, customs compliance, and multi-modal transportation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of EU trade regulations and INCOTERMS 2020
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or CPIM preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages advantageous
- Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals in matrix organizations
