Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost-efficiency and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and transportation departments
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure service excellence
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and automation projects
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management
- Proven expertise in international logistics and cross-border trade operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
- Experience leading digital transformation projects in logistics environments
- Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma) highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages a plus
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
