Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multi-channel distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and transportation to achieve KPIs
- Analyze logistics data using SAP and Power BI to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and optimization
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Experience with cross-border logistics and customs clearance
