Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies aligned with company goals, optimizing costs, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead the end-to-end management of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory, ensuring seamless operations and efficient flow of goods.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, implementing proactive solutions to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with key suppliers and logistics partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring favorable terms.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and product development teams to ensure integrated business planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
- Strong understanding of global logistics, import/export regulations, and inventory management best practices.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Supply Chain Planning software, and advanced analytical tools.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
