Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost reduction and operational excellence
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution networks
- Analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities, implementing data-driven solutions for warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded
- Oversee implementation of ERP/WMS systems and emerging logistics technologies (IoT, AI-driven analytics)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process reengineering
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in optimizing multi-channel distribution networks and inventory management systems
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, JDA) and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and transportation management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives
- Certifications in APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
