Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (JDA, Manhattan)
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
