Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across 15+ international markets
- Develop and implement strategic logistics optimization plans reducing costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Drive digital transformation through ERP/WMS system implementations
- Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and ISO 14001 standards
- Analyze KPIs and report on supply chain performance to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain management
- Proven expertise in freight forwarding, customs compliance, and inventory optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages valued
- Demonstrated leadership managing cross-cultural teams of 10+
