Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs by 15% while improving delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and warehousing services
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization and supply chain analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and network modeling
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and change management initiatives

- Experience with international logistics and customs compliance regulations
