Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for 10+ key clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution optimization
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost reduction opportunities and KPI improvements
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and international vendors
- Oversee ERP system implementations (SAP/Oracle) for supply chain visibility
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (ASEAN customs, INCOTERMS)
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-border logistics in APAC region
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages valued)
