Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and transportation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP and AI-powered logistics platforms
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics optimization software
- Proven track record in managing international supply chains across APAC
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
