Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory turnover and delivery timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and data analytics integration
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners across ASEAN
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring supply chain performance and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international trade standards
- Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt required
- Deep knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and ASEAN trade compliance
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated complex program delivery
