Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery.
- Analyze complex logistics data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to streamline warehouse and transportation operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Manage the annual supply chain budget and capital expenditure planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or PMP) is a plus.
