Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics optimization software
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ through process improvements
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Experience managing international supply chains with customs compliance knowledge
