Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean logistics methodologies and process automation
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supply chain resilience
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Develop and maintain KPIs for on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and freight optimization
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement scalable supply chain solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in supply chain leadership with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM strongly preferred
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Experience managing cross-border operations and customs compliance
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
