Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ERP/WMS systems
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ leadership roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and optimization
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process improvement
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Experience with international trade compliance (ITAR, NAFTA)
