Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-modal transportation networks across North America
- Implement AI-powered inventory forecasting systems to reduce carrying costs by 25%
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic contracts
- Ensure compliance with CBP, FDA, and international trade regulations
- Oversee warehouse automation implementations and WMS integrations
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to drive data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle SCM Cloud
- Proven experience in customs brokerage and international trade
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
