Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.
- Lead demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement functions, ensuring seamless end-to-end operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage key supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and compliance.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of supply chain technology solutions, including ERP and WMS systems.
- Forecast market trends and risks, developing mitigation strategies to maintain supply chain resilience.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, customs, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a complex, international environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
